This service is for anyone who wants supportive conversation that feels truly comfortable, personal, and safe. At MyJoyToys we work hard to build companions that cover as many mental-health areas as possible — but we are still in the building stage, and your exact experience may not be covered yet.

That’s why we offer a fully personalised option: a custom-built, private AI mental-health support companion designed around your preferences and your needs.

Your companion is non-sexual and non-romantic, and is built for supportive conversation through text-based chat only. Any requests for explicit or sexual content are always politely declined. These companions are mental-health companions and will remain built that way.

🖼️ Your Companion’s Image (12 Options)

After purchase, you’ll describe how you want your companion to look. We will generate 12 image options based on your description, and you’ll choose the one that feels right for you.

The image you choose is final.
Once confirmed, we begin building your companion using the selected image.

• We generate 12 images from your appearance description

• Your companion is delivered within 48 hours after image confirmation
• Chat access is via Telegram (same setup as our existing companions)

💬 Telegram Access

Your custom companion uses the same simple Telegram chat access as our existing companions. Once your companion is ready, you will receive your private Telegram chat link and instructions to begin.

🔒 Completely Private & Confidential

Your custom companion is created exclusively for you. Custom companions are:

• 100% confidential to the client
• Never displayed publicly
• Never added to collections, menus, or search
• Never featured, mentioned, or advertised on the website
• Accessible only via your private link

🛠️ Edits (7-Day Window)

We want your companion to feel right for you. For up to 7 days after purchase, you can request adjustments to:

• Personality
• Tone
• Area of support

Image changes are not available — the chosen image is final once confirmed.

Your custom companion is not a therapist, counsellor, doctor, or crisis service. It does not provide medical, clinical, or diagnostic advice and cannot assist in emergency situations. Your companion is designed for supportive, non-judgemental conversation only.

No explicit content: your companion will never provide sexual or explicit conversation. Any requests for explicit content are always politely declined.

💚 Fair Access

If the £49 one-off build fee is outside your current financial comfort, you can email contact@myjoytoys.co.uk — completely judgement-free. We can arrange to spread the build cost by adding a small monthly increase to the £9.99 subscription, so it remains sustainable and financially comfortable while ensuring access stays fair to all.
