Welcome to MyJoyToys / Globally Verified. By using our website, AI companions, and subscription services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

Our services are for adults 18+ only.
By using the site or subscribing, you confirm you are over 18.

2. Nature of Service

Our AI wellbeing companions provide non-clinical emotional support only.
They do not provide:

• Medical advice

• Diagnosis

• Therapy

• Crisis intervention

• Emergency support

If you are in danger or experiencing a crisis, please contact emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.

3. Subscription Billing

• Subscriptions renew monthly on the same date as your first payment.

• Your card will be charged automatically each month until you cancel.

• You may cancel anytime from your Account → Manage Subscription page.

• Your price is locked at £9.99 for life (Price Promise).

4. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the service, subscriptions are non-refundable, but we will always try to help if something goes wrong.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use our AI companions for:

• Explicit sexual content

• Harmful behaviour

• Illegal purposes

• Abusive or threatening communication

We reserve the right to restrict access if these rules are broken.
